We invite our Logan City clients over 65 to join us for 50 Plus Fitters, a fun, fitness and social activities programme dedicated to improving the mobility in people over 50.
We are running a trial class on Monday 1 July, with classes commencing Monday 29 July, concluding for Term 1 on Monday 30 September. The cost is $5 per class with no co-payment charged for transport.
