TOTTS Bookings

Bookings can be made between 7.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please try to book your transport two working days prior but you can book up to 10am the day before you need to travel. For example, if you wish to travel on Monday you must book before 10am on the previous Friday. If you have a regular appointment that occurs at the same time on the same day every week ,you can make a permanent booking. This means you do not have to call us every week. The call centre consultant will need to know:

  • Your name and address
  • The day and date that you wish to travel
  • The time of your appointment (NOT the pick up time)
  • The physical address of your destination
  • If you have a carer traveling with you
  • If you or your carer use a mobility device
  • The return time for pick up from the destination
