Our service is subsidised by the State and Commonwealth Government which aims to ensure a fair and equitable approach to user charging.
All clients having the capacity to pay are to be charged fees and the revenue is used to enhance and/or expand our services.
There is a cost involved which varies depending on the distance travelled.
Our service is to keep you active in the community. Trips over 20kms are only for medical purposes.
From 1 July 2018, our fees are;

All Home Care Packaged clients are charged $2.95 per km (with a minimum booking fee of $15.00) and this is invoiced to your care provider.
The Community Flyer can transport you to your appointments or out shopping within 20km of your residence. Longer trips can be quoted by negotiation.
Ask your Plan Manager to allocate funds for your transport through TransitCare Ltd.
