The organisation’s newest recruits have commenced training, joining a team where drivers are recognised as much more than just drivers. They are trained professionals who play a key role in supporting older people and those with mobility needs to travel with confidence.
All TransitCare drivers receive extensive training in safety, service and client care, and hold key credentials including Blue Card, Yellow Card, NDIS Worker Screening, and First Aid and CPR certification. Just as importantly, they bring genuine care and compassion to every interaction – something clients and carers consistently value and trust.
