TransitCare is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of services to seniors, people with disabilities and those who have difficulty getting around.
Our fleet of vehicles provides door-to-door transport to people in local communities who are unable to get out and about.
We also offer a Social Support programme for those looking to enjoy some time away from home and Home Care packages which include a variety of care and supports.
