Our People
Drivers
Our friendly professional drivers love what they do and show compassion and respect for our clients every day.
They go through an extensive security screening process including a police check. Their training includes first aid, CPR, client service and assisting people with disabilities or mobility needs. On the road our drivers are trained to drive gently and ensure all passengers have a comfortable trip. This means that from your door to your appointment, your experience will be safe and supported.
We welcome feedback from your trip and drivers often receive compliments about our drivers.

Client Service Centre
Our friendly and experienced team members love to help our clients register for our services, and understand what funding you can use for your transport or social support.
We’ll make sure we have all the information we need to make your trip comfortable, getting to know you and your needs.
On the day of your trip, our dispatch team works hard to send the right vehicle to suit you, coordinating hundreds of pick-ups and drop-offs every day.

Our TransitCare drivers are our best asset! Our professional drivers are highly trained and love to make sure our clients have a safe and comfortable trip.
When you book a TransitCare trip you’ll find the driver will meet you at your front door and help carry your bags if needed.

Transport Operations
Our transport operations team works hard to keep more than 100 vehicles maintained in excellent condition.
Every day our vehicles are cleaned and checked, including accessible equipment such as hoists and steps.
