Door-to-door service

Our clients love our door-to-door service. Your TransitCare driver will meet you at your front door and help you to the vehicle if needed. Your shopping bags or mobility aids will be placed in the vehicle for you.

When dropping you at home, your driver can assist you to your front door, carrying items for you if needed.

Importantly, if our driver comes to you door and can’t get in contact with you, they will take the time to check you are okay. We think the extra care we provide sets us apart from other transport providers and we hope you choose TransitCare to get you out and about.

Our friendly professional drivers love what they do and show compassion and respect for our clients every day.

They go through an extensive security screening process including a police check. Their training includes first aid, CPR, client service and assisting people with disabilities or mobility needs. On the road our drivers are trained to drive gently and ensure all passengers have a comfortable trip. This means that from your door to your appointment, your experience will be safe and supported.
