This pre-booked trip service is available to anyone who has a ticket to the Sunflower Festival which is sold out for 2026.

• You need to book this transport service in advance. You must already have your ticket to the festival.
• To book you can visit transitcare.com.au/sunflower or call 07 3144 2144
• Bookings close at 11am on Wednesday 29 April
• To ensure enough room is allocated in the vehicles, passengers are asked to provide information about mobility devices, shopping bags, carers or assistance animals etc.

When you book you need to tell us if you will be bringing a mobility aid such as a wheelie walker or wheelchair. Please visit the Kalbar Sunflower Festival website to check accessibility information for the festival.

Yes. To make sure there’s enough room in the vehicle, you must tell us about any extra passengers or items such as prams or mobility aids when you book. 

Children are welcome to use this service if accompanied by an adult. When you book we will request information about the age of your child so that an appropriate child car seat can be arranged.

TransitCare’s fleet of modern vehicles includes passenger vans, wagons and buses. Vehicles used will depend on passenger booking numbers.

Yes. You will be sharing the vehicle with other passengers. Our standard limit of two shopping bags per person is to make sure all passengers will be comfortable in the vehicle. If you plan to bring sunflowers home from the festival, please be aware these may need to be stored in the vehicle luggage area.

You need to tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. Please call TransitCare on 07 3144 2144 to cancel. 

Because this is a shared trip service, we are not able to wait for you. All trips will depart within 5 minutes of the scheduled departure time.
