Our volunteers bring connection and wellbeing to our clients.
Volunteering has always been the heart and soul of TransitCare and we are proud of our reputation as an organisation of choice for people who want to give back to their community.
Our volunteer roles include:
- working with our clients to support during our group social activities and events, getting out and about or at one of our Social Circle centres
- visiting our new clients at their homes to deliver Welcome Packs and help them to understand the booking process
- administration support in our offices in Beenleigh, Cairns, Townsville and the Gold Coast.
Volunteering at TransitCare is approved by Centrelink and we provide extensive training. We would love to hear from you!
