Clients in Townsville can now rely on a larger, purpose-built local base, with TransitCare’s new branch office at Thuringowa Drive now fully operational.
Since April, staff have been working from the new office and vehicle yard, giving the Townsville team a better space to coordinate services and support a growing number of clients in the region. The new site is designed to make it easier to provide safe, timely and consistent transport for people who need help to get out and about.
TransitCare extends a heartfelt thank you to Brad Webb and BM Webb Industries for their generous support in providing the original site and helping establish the service locally. The new branch marks an important next step in delivering trusted, community-based transport and social support across Townsville.
